our story

It all started with a baby in my lap…literally.

In November of 2019, I transitioned out of higher education and started my business: Richardson Professional Solutions. Doing so would allow me to stay home with this new baby as much as possible during those “wonder years”.

What started as a side hustle grew quite quickly to where we were a team of ten in less than a year, and we have continued to grow from there supporting more organizations, in new areas of the country, and in new industries. It has been a wild, but wonderful, ride!

This all started because of my “why”, but at the end of the day I love helping other organizational leaders and families across the country have more time for their own “why”- whatever that happens to be! 🤍
